Tonight, we had a lovely sunset walk round the tranquil Dorney Wetlands. The day before we had cycled along the Jubilee River at a similar time and spotted a heron perched on the edge. Would have been a lovely photo - so we retraced our path minus the bikes.
The gulls were skimming the river, there were several different species of duck, a family of moorhens and the obligatory swans took their star place in the performance.
A pair proudly glided along the edge of the boardwalk, giving plenty of time for me to sort out my ISO and av settings, till they were no longer a blur!!!
Got there in the end with this shot I think!
